Join Rachael Harper of Offbeat Wellness for a slow, sensory-rich workshop designed to help your body digest the season, literally and energetically. Through grounding yoga, belly-soothing self-care rituals, and reflective gratitude practices, you’ll learn how to support both your nervous system and digestion as we shift deeper into Vata season.

We’ll also explore practical tools for navigating holiday gatherings, including simple strategies to help you stay grounded, soothe your nervous system, and maintain calm when challenging relationships or overstimulating environments arise.

Expect gentle movement, warm tea, self-massage for the belly, gentle breathwork, and guided reflection to help you reconnect with what’s nourishing you right now.
