Rachael Harper is a holistic wellness practitioner, movement specialist, and advocate for mental health. Since 2010, she’s been guiding students through intuitive, breath-centered practices rooted in self-awareness. Her teaching honors the seasons, the nervous system, and the non-linear path of healing. Whether you're new to the mat or deep in your practice, Rachael offers grounded support to help you feel seen, empowered, and at home in your body.

refund/cancellation/no show policy 

Payment is due at time of booking. All sales are final. 24 hour cancellation policy on all appointment bookings. Any client who wishes to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the session. Any client who does not show up for their appointment will be charged the full cost of the session. All 3-session packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase, single sessions expire after 1 month. No refunds will be given due to expiration.
