VIRTUAL Wellness Coaching Intake + Report of Findings

Experience the real, lasting impact of Wellness Coaching rooted in the time-tested principles of Ayurveda, a system of healing from India that sees you as a whole person, not a list of symptoms. This work supports you in balancing your unique constitution, routines, and habits to restore harmony, clarity, and vitality in a way that feels natural and doable.

Intake Session (60–90 min, in-person or Zoom): We’ll take a deep dive into your metabolic body type (dosha), current imbalances, health history, symptoms, diet, and daily habits. It’s a space to be seen and heard fully — no judgment, just real connection and curiosity.

Personalized Report of Findings: Within a week, you’ll receive a clear, customized plan with insights from your assessment and a set of grounded, doable recommendations. This may include guidance around food choices, daily routines, movement, stress management, and more, all designed with you, not for you. A follow-up call can be scheduled to talk it through.
