VIRTUAL - Friday Night Flow + Chill

This slow-paced, strong practice blends intentional movement with longer holds and deeper breathwork. You’ll flow through active, strengthening standing postures before transitioning into grounded seated and supine stretches—all designed to guide you deeper into your body and awareness.

The class winds down with a restorative “chill” portion, giving space for meditation, relaxation, and integration.

Expect a powerful slow burn, not a fast rush. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Come as you are—this practice meets you there.
