The winds pick up, the air thins, and the season tugs us off-center. Autumn in Ayurveda is Vata time, featuring the qualities of light, dry, restless, and scattered. It’s the season when nerves fray, sleep slips, and the body longs for something warm to hold it steady.
This workshop is your anchor. We’ll dig into practices that ground the body and calm the storm of the nervous system... warming oils, slow rhythms, and simple daily practices that tether you back to yourself. We’ll talk food too: hearty, spiced, soul-soothing meals that feed digestion and coax the mind into ease.
We’ll move through a short, grounding yoga practice, slow, steady, rooted, to help gather up what the winds try to scatter.
Walk away with rituals that are practical, yes, but also medicine for those frayed edges. Something to keep you nourished, centered, and steady as the leaves turn and the world quickens.
Bring an old towel and a pair of socks if you’d like to participate in Abhyanga (self-massage) for the extremities with oil.

Favorite Tea Mug
Yoga Mat if you have one
Old towel and pair of socks
Notebook / Journal + Pen

This Valentine’s / Galentine’s season, step out of the rush and into a slower, more intentional way of connecting.
In this partner Thai Yoga Stretching workshop, we’ll explore heart-centered touch, shared presence, and deep nervous system support without performance, pressure, or needing to “do it right.” Thai Yoga is often described as lazy yoga or meditation through touch: a grounded, rhythmic blend of gentle stretching, compression, and mindful holding that invites the body to soften and the heart to feel safe.
You’ll be guided through:
Supported partner stretches done on the floor
Simple techniques to encourage relaxation and trust
Practices that calm the nervous system and open the heart space
Clear communication, consent, and options for all bodies
This workshop is less about flexibility and more about attunement - listening, responding, and co-regulating in a way that feels nourishing rather than draining. Come with a romantic partner, a dear friend, adult family member, or your chosen Galentine. No prior experience with Thai Yoga is needed.
Expect a cozy, supportive atmosphere where connection is felt, not forced, and where care, presence, and softness are the real love language.
Focus: Gentle heart opening, move late-winter stagnation, improve emotional and physical digestion.

Move the body gently to release tension
Soothe the nervous system through breath, touch, and sound

The vernal equinox marks a moment of balance, equal light and dark, and the true turning point from winter’s inward pull toward spring’s awakening energy. It’s a powerful time to reset, not by pushing or depriving, but by clearing space and reconnecting to what wants to grow.
Spring Awakening Reset (Without the Crash) is a 2-hour seasonal workshop designed to help you shed winter heaviness, wake up your energy, and regain clarity without aggressive cleanses or rigid routines. Especially if your system feels sensitive, foggy, or easily overwhelmed, this reset meets you where you are.
Through gentle, rhythmic movement, we’ll invite circulation and momentum back into the body. A short grounding meditation will help you integrate the effects of movement and settle your nervous system before we shift into practical, real-life tools for spring.
You’ll learn simple ways to support digestion, energy, and focus through spring-friendly foods, easy teas, and daily habits that encourage clarity without burning you out. Reflection and intention-setting are woven throughout the experience.
Rather than forcing a “spring detox,” this workshop focuses on resetting your rhythm, moving energy, simplifying gently, and aligning with the natural momentum of the season.
You’ll leave with:
A clearer sense of what you’re ready to release at this seasonal threshold
Simple movement and breath practices to support energy and mental clarity
Easy food, tea, and habit ideas you can integrate immediately
A realistic framework for a gentle spring reset that supports your nervous system
This workshop is ideal if you’re craving a spring reset that feels intentional, supportive, and sustainable, and if you’d like to mark the equinox with practices that honor both balance and emergence.
