This isn’t your average massage or yoga class—it’s a deeply restorative experience where you get to fully let go. Thai Yoga is a nourishing blend of assisted stretching, rhythmic pressure, mindful movement, and energy work. You simply relax while I move and support your body through a flowing sequence designed to release stuck tension, open up tight spaces, and restore balance to your entire system—body, mind, and energy.

It’s therapeutic touch meets moving meditation. Breath meets stillness. Effort meets surrender.

We work on a soft mat on the floor, fully clothed, so you’re always comfortable and supported. The session is guided but effortless on your part—you simply receive. Sessions ideally last 90+ minutes (longer sessions available for deeper work), and everything is tailored to your body, your energy, and what you're needing that day.


For the energetically overloaded, the always-holding-it-together, the chronically tense—this is your invitation to soften.

Available daytime, evenings, and some weekends by request.
In-home sessions may be possible depending on location and need.

A 2-hour journey that begins with a fully customized yoga session tailored to your body’s current needs, followed by Thai Yoga Therapy to help you unwind, reset, and restore.

Partner Thai Yoga Session (Two People, Shared Practice)

This 2-hour experience begins with a short, customized yoga warm-up for both partners, then moves into guided Thai Yoga techniques you’ll practice on each other—perfect for partners, friends, or family who want to explore healing together.

Rachael has been practicing Thai Yoga Stretching + Energy Healing since 2011. She has undergone advanced training, and is fully certified by the deonThai SCHOOL of Thai Yoga.

tips for your first session

Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes, preferably natural fibers, long sleeves and long pants.
OK to wear socks during the session, but ideal to remove them during feet work.
Ideally, no heavy meals an hour or two before session and the next meal an hour or two after the session.
Bathe or shower a couple hours after session.
Remove jewelry during session.
Bathroom breaks during the session are encouraged, so OK to drink lots of water beforehand.
Communicate with practitioner and keep indicating what's happening during the session.
Be prepared to inform the practitioner before the session of any medical history, current issues, concerns, areas of discomfort or anything else that may be relevant to the healing work.


refund/cancellation/no show policy 

Payment is due at time of booking. All sales are final. 24 hour cancellation policy on all appointment bookings. Any client who wishes to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the session. Any client who does not show up for their appointment will be charged the full cost of the session. All 3-session packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase, single sessions expire after 1 month. No refunds will be given due to expiration.
