Offbeat Alignment (Reiki Energy Healing)
Reiki (pronounced RAY-key) is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes deep rest, emotional and energetic balance, and spiritual reconnection. While my personal lens is Christ-centered and prayerful, I hold space for your unique spiritual expression and connection. Whether you connect with God, Source, the Sacred Feminine, or simply the breath in your body, you are welcome here.

Relax + Release Ritual
Come home to your nervous system. These sessions are for the soul-weary. For the ones holding it all together. For anyone craving a moment to simply be... without pressure, performance, or pretense. Rachael Harper

Holistic wellness practitioner, movement specialist, and fierce advocate for mental health, I’m Rachael, your go-to for offbeat healing, grounded guidance, and body-based transformation. Since 2010, I’ve been sharing yoga with curious souls of all kinds, blending movement and mindfulness in ways that meet you exactly where you are. A year later, Thai Yoga Stretching + Energy Healing became part of my hands-on toolbox, offering deep support for bodies that carry stress, sensitivity, and stories.

By 2019, I integrated personalized health coaching into my work, rooted in Ayurveda and designed to honor the whole human, especially those navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, or mental health challenges.

Since 2010, I’ve completed thousands of hours of training across yoga, movement and mindfulness modalities, and Ayurveda, all of which shape my unique teaching style. My movement-based classes are accessibly challenging and mindfully-paced with great emphasis on breath, spinal alignment, core connection, and self-awareness. Class rhythms are ever-changing with the seasons, because healing isn’t linear, and neither is life.

I’m proud to serve as Program Coordinator at the Joyful Belly College of Ayurvedic Diet & Digestion, where I also co-create curriculum, support students, and lead with heart. From 2013–2024, I owned and nurtured On Track Yoga, a sweet little studio with a big community spirit. These days, you’ll find me teaching online, in-person, and working with clients in my cozy micro-studio in downtown Lincolnton, NC.

Working one-on-one and in small groups is my happy place. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or ready to dive deep into the work of self-healing, I’m here to help you feel empowered, seen, and supported. My mission is simple: to walk beside you as you craft your own version of wellness, one that’s grounded, real, and rooted in joy.
