Today’s class offers about 30 minutes of supported Yin poses to deeply relax and open the body, followed by a flowing vinyasa sequence featuring multiple sun salutations. All movements can be modified to suit you, though some vinyasa poses may lean toward an intermediate level—so do your best and leave the rest!
Note: The yin section uses props like a bolster, two blocks, and a blanket, but you can easily adapt with pillows, cushions, or rolled blankets you have at home.
