VIRTUAL - Sunrise Yin Yasa

Ease into your day with a practice designed to honor your body’s natural morning rhythm. We’ll start slow, gently opening connective tissues with yin (passive) and deep (active) stretches, syncing breath and movement to quietly wake up your system.

From there, we’ll move into a mindful, flowing sequence that stirs your muscles, sparks circulation, and clears your mind, setting a calm, grounded tone for the day ahead.

No experience needed. Just show up as you are and let your body lead the way.
