Wellness Coaching Intake Session + Report of Findings
$175.00
1 credit
Expires in 1 month
Your first session is a deep-dive (60–90 minutes, Zoom or in-person) where we explore your health history, daily habits, symptoms, and energetic tendencies through an Ayurvedic lens. Within a week, you’ll receive a personalized report that includes your constitution, current imbalances, and initial suggestions for food, routine, lifestyle, and movement. Need clarity? We can schedule a quick follow-up call to walk through your report.
Note: A single session offers powerful insights, but it only scratches the surface. Real transformation happens through ongoing support and accountability, so multi-session packages are highly recommended if you’re ready to make lasting change.
